I randomly contacted Lang Home Medial looking for a Flexibed for my parents who live out of state. Lang Home Medical has a bed in-store. Not only did Robert Lang take time to show me the bed, features, options he coordinated a white glove delivery service to deliver and set up the bed for my parents 400 miles away. I have been working with Lang to meet my mother's medical equipment needs. They supplied and service my mother's motorized scooter, her wheelchairs and an automatic door opener for her apartment. This company has a personal touch that makes their customer service outstanding. They know my mother as an individual and I feel like they really care about her and her needs. Lang Home Medical supplied a stair lift and ramp, as well as a few minor pieces of equipment for my elderly parent. From the beginning to the "end" of their service, our experience was exceptional. Robert, the owner, came out, and spent plenty of time explaining what our options were, and was very sensitive to our individual needs. They came promptly, installed, kept everything clean and were very efficient and spend enough time to show us how everything worked. I work for a hospice that is contracted with Lang as our durable medical equipment provider. Lang is an incredible company that goes above and beyond for our patients at every opportunity. They are family owned and treat all of our staff and our patients with utmost courtesy and respect.
We somehow made it onto one insurance company's list of DME providers, and when I have to disappoint the insured calling for equipment, I never hesitate to refer them to Lang.

I called Lang Medical Equipment on a Friday afternoon in need of a battery for my Power chair. After calling around on that Friday, most places were not able to come out and install the battery into my Powerchair for 2 weeks. A Powerchair is an "electric wheelchair" used by those who have a hard time getting around.
