We just bought a hot tub from this dealer, so far my experience with them has been positive. They filled the tub I wanted (well, the one that had the jets I wanted) for the wet test and were helpful in answering all my questions. She even stayed late so we could wet test after store hours.
After we own it for a while I will update my review to talk about the service/warrenty.
