My car was badly side swiped (more like SLICED) by a truck. Sernio's repaired my car so beautifully that it was showroom quality when completed. Few weeks ago I got into a sideswipe accident and it was very frustrating for me to try to find a professional body shop for my Acura I found Sernio’s auto body which is an Acura Honda certified body shop they took my vehicle three weeks later I get a call to pick up my car. you can’t even tell that the car was sideswiped this is one of the most professional body shops I’ve ever dealt with highly highly recommend very friendly staff super nice facility and more important thing of them all very high quality repair I would highly recommend it’s definitely worth the money thank you Sernio’s

I have so much gratitude for Sernio's. They fixed my Volvo XC40 after a big white truck hit me. I went to several body shops and concluded Sernio's had the most expertise to get the job done correctly. They replaced the panel and it is now perfect. I also love that they are Volvo certified-- I called Volvo beforehand and they confirmed I am definitely better off with a Volvo certified shop. Sernio's also gave me a very fair price, and they completed the job a day or two before the estimated finish date. I admittedly used the Volvo app on my phone to track whenever my car was unlocked

We have used Sernio's a handful of times. John is amazing. We have had body work, paint and trim work. John matched the RT racing stripes on our 2014 Challenger perfectly. You would have never known they were not the original. Every time we have been in there he has gone above and beyond He doesn't try to push anything extra. Highly recommend.

Had scratches and a broken tail light assembly from an unknown source. Brought my SUB to Sernio's, and was taken care of immediately, considering it was not a major auto body job. They did an initial walkthrough, while explaining what would be done. I paid it in cash while waiting for them to order and receive parts and hardware needed for the job.

I got into a car accident and my car need to towed to Sernio's Auto Body as per my insurance agent's instructions and thankfully to Fran who had helped with the entire transactions that i need to deal with..she was very helpful and being very patient with my Qs and it only take less then a week to finished the entire estimate process and with the insurance company!! I was directed to Sernio's after my vehicle was rear-ended and the driver's insurance company sent me there. I was BLOWN AWAY by how great of a job they did. They were professional, efficient, and although I wasn't paying for the damages they were affordable. My car looks amazing and it's clear they went above and beyond. This place is a rip off, I took my SUV there because the passenger side was damaged from me sliding on ice and hitting my metal gate a long side my driveway. The inspector came out and looked at my SUV and said oh that's about $5000 to $6000 of damaged give me your insurance info. I told him I have cash and that I'm not going through insurance. He tried to convince me to give him my insurance info, but I did not. So I asked for a cash price, he goes and tells another worker that I have cash and to give me a cash price. THEY CAME BACK WITH A TOTAL OF ($13, 679), ($11,000 FOR CASH)...!!! THAT'S ðŸ

Many thanks to Sernios autobody. To all that read this know that finding a shop to trust is about the most important thing you can do for your peace of mind. I've found it at Sernios. I brought in my Subaru Ascent having been a bit and run victim. Given the relative light amount of damage, they were able to schedule me right away, fitting my time table. Know that Sernios isn't going to cheap out on you. They do the work that's going to last and get your car back to normal. Fran took the time to explain what they do and why they do it. Their price is what it is because they fix it

This place is the best!!! Unfortunately, I've been in two motor vehicle accidents in the last 6 months. But fortunately for me, I was lucky enough to go to Serinos Auto Body through my insurance provider. In both instances they were able to have my car back to me within under a week. Awesome Service! My car looks GORG!! Had all of the third party's insurance details, took care of everything. Offered to call over for my rental to pick me up (I walked, enterprise is practically up the block). Even received email and text updates on where they were in the progress of my repair. I took my Audi A4 into Sernio's this morning for an estimate (expecting the worst). John Sernio, the owner, helped me himself. He took a look at the fender and determined that the scratches could be compounded out on the spot at minimal cost, without having to go thru insurance. 20 mins later i was driving away with perfect vehicle.
In this business, it can be very easy to take advantage of unknowledgeable clients and upcharge. I appreciate the honest approach and great work!

I had a hard job for these guys. I had a show bicycle from The Bike Hub on Monticello Avenue for these guys to paint. I didn't even know what color I wanted. I told them to do their thing. They did. A fancy triple metallic Ferrari yellow paint job. I love it! Great price and finished on time. Great work Sernio's and thank you.

Picked up my vehicle from Sernio's Auto Body this morning, and I have to say, it was in "showroom" condition. My parked SUV was hit during the blizzard of 2016 and 3 panels on the left side were damaged. Took it to this Auto body, and then 3-4 days later it was in pristine condition. Besides working on the severe dents and the paint job, they cleaned (or detailed) my SUV! I have 2 kids, and anyone with kids would know how much leftovers are in the backseats. I cannot find one!

I just wanted to say thank you to Sernio's Auto body for repairing my Jeep Patriot. The service provided by Fran and John were amazing and the quality of work they do at this shop is nothing less than exceptional. John the owner did the inspection himself and made sure my Jeep was going to be well taken care of. And Fran, for explaining the process to me in detail and keeping in touch with me while my car was in the shop. I got my Jeep back a few days ago and she looks brand spanking new as if I just drove it out of the dealership.
