Windshield was replaced on a car with 2000 miles on it. When I picked up the car I saw they had damaged the intercooler fins under the hood and the plastic cowl at the bottom of the windshield. They did pay to replace the intercooler, but I paid out of pocket the replace the cowl since I had to argue to have the more expensive part replaced. The new windshield also has hairline scratches on the inside of the windshield which I didn't notice till a couple weeks after the fact since you can only see them while driving towards the sun. They did fix the one problem for me, but I would not use again

This company's name should be more like Jeff's Auto A$$. I had worked with these guys numerous times - I even REFERRED them 1 day before my window needed replaced.
Long story, I had to get my car fixed. I paid $550 to do so. As I pull out of the parking lot; this dangling mirror (which should have been fixed) was a safety hazard. I pulled over, tried to disconnect it myself, and ended up shorting out my whole vehicle. It was expected to be upward of $7,000 to fix! I needed this car so I prepared to take the hit.

My experience with Jeff's was great. They were easy to work with, showed up on time and my technician (Brian) was both knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly fixed the stone chip in the windshield of my Volvo without a full replacement! Would not hesitate to use their service again.

Had about a foot long crack and round impact crack from a rock on my windshield, they were able to schedule my only day off, and were super timely. Jake was our service guy, called ahead and gave an ETA, was even a few minutes early, and what he said would be about 45 minutes of work took about 35. He was super nice and my windshield looks great! Thank you Jake and Jeff’s Auto Glass, highly reccomend.

We had a water pooling on the floor of the front passenger compartment of our 2012 Equinox. The Chevy dealer indicated that it was a windshield leak. I made an appointment at Jeff's to have them locate the leak and possibly replace the windshield. They forced water into the sunroof drains and showed me that one of them was draining water into the passenger compartment. It was not a windshield leak. Unbelievably, they DID NOT charge me for making this determination. Wow!! What great customer service. I took the car back to the Chevy dealer later that same day and it was indeed the sunroof drain

A rock hit my windshield and I basically didn't think too much of it. Two days later I got into my car, closed my door and all of a sudden there was a huge crack. I contacted Jeff’s auto glass and they took care of everything with my insurance. The next morning they came to my work and installed a new windshield. It has been several weeks and about five rainstorms later and not one leak.
Very professional and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Everyone I have talked to at Jeff's has been so friendly and helpful. They helped me with my insurance claim when my windshield needed replaced, and answered every question I had. They were able to quickly get the windshield i needed and came to my workplace to install it. They made what could be an annoying process easy and stress-free. I will recommend them to everyone.

10 stars out of 5! My windshield cracked in Georgia. On my way North, I called cousin Ed for a recommendation for when I got to Pittsburgh PA. Jeff's auto glass relayed the call with my insurance company for me, and we did all of the preliminary information right over the phone, and made the appointment. Tim from Jeff's Auto Glass, knows his stuff and did a fast professional job, right in the driveway for my convenience. He also moved my stickers back onto the new windshield, and noticed a potential problem with my wiper blades so I will get that fixed. He was neat in his work. Tomorrow

Jeff's Auto Glass is the best! I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy and took a stone to the windshield shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Brittany stopped by to look at my windshield and indicated it would need to be replaced. She provided a coupon that helped offset my deductible. We scheduled an appointment for the tech to come to my home to replace the windshield. The day prior to the scheduled installation Liz called to confirm my appointment and was very pleasant. Ed, the tech called the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and did a great job in replacing

Totally professional. Received a call that they would be there within the hour. Arrived promptly and immediately began the process. Quickly completed the replacement and left averything neat and clean. The next day there was a torrential rainfall and not a drop, no leaks. They even put the E Z Pass back on my windshield.

I met with Tim at this location several times to get my car and my girlfriends car checked out. He checked out my car and determined that there were secondary issues, explaining everything I needed to do and did not charge me anything for his time or testing. When getting my girlfriends car checked, he again spent ample time explaining the process and assuring me how quick and easy he could fix everything the correct way. Great pricing, easy scheduling, and helpful. They gave me quotes over the phone, when other autoglass businesses would not.
