Superb, magnificent, outstanding. Their customer service is top notch. Their mechanics are amazing.
I took my side by side to nearby dealership but that dealership told me nothing they could do for. So I called Logan's and they told me that they had the parts. I drove an hour and half to their dealership and I am glad I did. They fix all the issues on my side by side and cost way below I expected. They kept me up-to-date during the repair, there were no surprises. I highly, highly recommend them.

Awful service experience. I assume they take better care of tractor customers, but Casanova has then beat hands down for implament service. I bought a soil compactor and at the suggestion of the salesman had it filled with tire fill. It made it heavier and made it where I didn't have to dump it. Almost immediately after buying it started to leak. It took a month for them to decide the fix was some JB weld. I suggested that won't work, it didn't. Another month to decide it needed to get welded. I have to keep calling to ask when they are going to service. I am done with this awful company and Mahindra
