Services
At Specific Chiropractic in Boca Raton we focus on the main cause of your problem rather than treating symptoms or effects. Throughout life, your body can shift out of alignment. This may cause pressure and stress to your entire nervous system which in turn may produce secondary effects or symptoms throughout your body.
A physical examination performed by the doctor will provide him with the best way to correct the health issue(s) you may be experiencing. Most patients will experience their first specific adjustment on the first or second visit and feel immediate changes to their health that same day. X-rays will only be ordered if necessary.
Every patient is unique, but most people who visit our office for the first time report feeling noticeably better after their first adjustment. We will first discuss your concerns to determine if chiropractic is the right fit for you before moving forward with chiropractic care. First visits typically take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending on your case.

Dr. Hasson changed my life. His knowledge and compassion for my well being was astounding to me. He determined that I have Atlas Shift Syndrome and with that my spine was out of whack causing sciatic flares ups, dizziness and malaise. I was treated 2x a week and then gradually less visits were needed. I saw him for about 3-4 months. I've been traveling for a month via motor coach and Harley Tri-Glide but will return to Boca for a week, next week. I cannot wait to go back to experience his magic! Evan has changed my life! Right after my car accident I went to many doctors but nobody like Dr. Hasson. He listen to my needs and teach me about safe and comfortable sleep. The most amazing, genuine care I've experienced! Dr. Hasson has been treating me for about a year. He is gentle in his adjustments, customizes treatment based on each individuals' needs, and listens intently to his patients. I have been to many different chiropractors with many different techniques and Dr.Evan Hasson has surpassed all my expectations. Dr. Evan is amazing! I was referred to him by a friend after being in a car accident and experiencing back and neck pain. He was able to address and fix the issues in my neck and back, and I also explained that I experienced ear damage a few years ago due to nerve damage. With a few adjustments, Dr. Evan was able to fix the ringing and clicking in my ear after a few visits. Dr Evan is amazing. I went to him a few months back a few times and he made my back immediately feel better so I continued and I started feeling so much better my back was no longer hurting. So I stopped going my back again went out on Saturday, Dr. Evan was able to get me in this morning and he worked his magic and my back felt better by the time I left. In the past he’s told me I need to come a little bit more often and now I agree. It has to be something I continuously do until my back is 100%. He’s amazing and I know if I continue with him and he will get my back a hunter percent better
