Very disappointed in BNC dj's. We were going to hire them in fact we had a date reserved. I tried calling them several times and could never get through. Finally my husband decided to call and guess what, he answered. At first he said he didn't know who I was then proceeded to say that he booked another party that he reserved for us. Poor customer service. Lacked professionalism. If he's not courteous enough to answer my calls, what happens if he doesn't show up for your party.
