Horrendous customer service. I won’t bore anyone with the story but their employees are looking for any excuse to skip your lawn/their job/etc. And when they find a way to bypass your lawn and save themselves 20 minutes of work, do not expect the office staff to help you. I feel bad for being less than pleasant to the girl I spoke to. It probably isn’t her fault, she was likely reading from a flowchart and probably just out of school. Maybe their policy of “bottom line at cost of individualized customer service” comes from the owners. I don’t know. What I know is that it was made clear

I am so happy that I went with this company. For a little background I moved into a new house in early spring that needed a lot of landscaping. I called a few different companies to come out and give me estimates on the work that needed done. Most of companies pretty much told me that it was to much work for them or never they showed up to give me an estimate. Lawnworks came out within a week to give me an estimate and were ready to do the work and gave me a great price to.
