Services
Like many great ideas, the concept for Evergreen Cottages Assisted Living began in the kitchen. Family and friends had gathered for dinner. The conversation flowing from the kitchen to the great room ultimately turned to the challenges of getting older and the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
Life is about moments and our services are specifically designed to create a setting where our residents can have many meaningful moments. It's a community where they can flourish and you have the peace of mind and satisfaction from knowing they're well-cared for and you made an excellent choice by placing them in the care of Evergreen Cottages.
Our philosophy is simple: to create an environment that nourishes at every level to all involved - our residents, their families, and our caregivers. How we do this is unique. It's a "heart-centered" approach to providing the highest quality of care for our Assisted Living and Dementia Care residents.
At Evergreen Cottages, you would be part of a caregiving team serving residents and their families in a warm hearted community. I Understand that Evergreen Cottages will perform an Employee Misconduct Registry search prior to my being hired. When my 99 year old mother-in-law had both a sudden physical and mental decline, Evergreen Cottages, specifically Magnolia Cottage, welcomed us with open arms. Anthony and Kayla professionally and compassionately answered all of our questions, offered gentle reassurances, and helped us get my mother-in-law settled in and adjusted. The caregivers treated her like their own grandmothers with endless patience, prompt attention, and calm responses to all of her concerns along with kind conversation when she just wanted to tell them her lengthy stories. We couldn’t have hoped for a more positive experience

When my grandpa decided to go on comfort care at 91 years old, we had an incredibly hard time finding the right facility that could manage not only his care but his wife’s as well. With a recommendation from AMED hospice nurses, evergreen cottages was suggested. This place took us in like family. The process was simple. Anthony walked me through day to day life, paperwork, and overall feelings of how well they would be cared for. We never were let down by the staff here. They kept us well informed, made sure their new “home” was comfortable and assisted in every way possible to help this
