Kip scheduled me for a sprinkler blow out and wrote it down in front of me then no-showed on the appointment. When I called to find out when he would be coming he asked if he could call me right back after he looked at his schedule and notes but never did. He never again answered the phone when I called. Very un-professional to say the least. Have now scheduled with a reliable company. Will not call this company for any other service after this kind of treatment.
