Their team provides a solid understanding of the needs of our team. Very punctual and attentive to our timing needs for new hires and set up of our IT needs as well.
Staff is exceptionally kind and polite as well. They also will assist you immediately if you have a need. Customer service has been great as well and I have not had a bad interaction yet.

My experience with Bastionpoint has been one of the best vendor relationships we have. Their teams and members have been amazing to work with on a number of projects including server upgrades, access control, a very large mail migration project, and wiring for our new conference center.
