Every experience I have with Ally at Blaze is beyond spectacular. She understands and caters to my wants and needs. I went in with a grown out home bleach job that I had done myself that was very yellow. Allie took on the challenge. She did an amazing job in giving me a beautiful cooler medium blonde shade that looked like it could be my natural hair color. Not only that, my hair feels in much better condition then it was previously. She was friendly and professional and I am extremely happy with the results.

Megan was so amazing in fixing my hair. Alyssa was so helpful as well with Megan to achieve the color I wanted.
I am so happy on how my hair turned out this time. it was a complete 360 than last time. Megan explained every step and why she was doing things. Alyssa also was amazing by giving advice to Megan.

I was very impressed with Megan's candor. She did a consultation before we started, and right out of the gate she was honest with me and tried to work with my hair and care of it in a way that would work with my life style, and yet still get to a style similar to the reference pictures I brought in.
She answered my questions patiently, and didn't make me feel pressured to buy things or do things I didn't want to do, which I really valued.
She was also very conversational as well as able to focus on what she was doing, which can be really hard for some stylists.

Just had the worst customer service ever. Paid $105 for a haircut and color. Color is not fine, still have root growth showing albeit a lighter color. Also, after several requests to have my hair cut differently and being ignored by the stylist, I finally left. I repeatedly asked for layers to be shortened and more hair off and she would just snip a few places. My haircut is lopsided. Could have done a better job myself. Extremely disappointed, especially for the price. Would give 0 stars if I could. When stylist offered a discount I said I am not looking for the discount I'm looking for

A slight upgrade to fantastic Sam's or supercuts. Not impressed, did not layer my hair properly and everything was a la carte, which means everything that would be part of a normal haircut like blow dry and shampoo, would add up to more than you would pay at other places like mod salon where everything is included. They are not very skilled here and push for their home made products that are way too pricey for the little that they do for your hair. The staff was not particularly friendly and didn't take the time to figure out my hair or what I wanted. My boyfriend came here a different

I went to Blaze Salon for the first time last night, and I'm going to start by saying that I am very impressed with how my hair turned out. I didn't provide any pictures for my stylist to reference--I just gave her some verbal descriptions of what I was looking for--and she knocked it out of the park. Before she started mixing up colors for me, the stylist called her manager over to get a second opinion. I really appreciated her diligence and it definitely paid off. Previously I was one of those people that wondered why friends would travel hours for an appointment with "their stylist" to get their hair done. I didn't understand what was so great about one person and why just anyone wouldn't do for a cut and/or color. That was until my first appointment with Bobby at Blaze. Now I get it. At my first appointment Bobby talked to me about my likes and dislikes regarding my hair. He asked me about what I wanted and then he proceeded to explain each step he was taking and why. This level of service and attention has not changed to this day.

I received a call from the Salon Manager a couple of days after my appointment following up on my experience, since I had been new customer. I expressed my concerns and was asked to come back to see if the problems could be rectified. I was given an appointment the very next day. I must say that when I went back, the staff was still just as nice as before. All of my concerns were addressed and corrected to my satisfaction!! l was also given great advice on how to care for my now GREAT LOOKING Color -Treated hair!
