I have good experiences at this cleaner. I spend money on decent clothes. $79 sweaters for example. Not designer clothes by any means. I don't like washing when I can dry clean something as they always look better and last longer when dry clean. This Dependable Cleaners always dry clean my items that I ask to be dried clean ( not like other places that have washed them and ruined them). My items are always covered with white kitty hair. I love this cat but hair falls off him just by walking. My clothes always look brand new when I get them. Oh I am very picky I look carefully each time. Yes it

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! I took five items here to be cleaned and SPECIFICALLY told them NOT to dry clean three of the items. Those three items cost me over $85 alone! My total was over $100 for two shirts, one BLUE JEAN dress, and two rompers. I called back to complain and was told by the manager that whether they dry cleaned the other three items or “wet washed” them it would be the same price!!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? They are ROBBING people!! Save your money for a nice dinner or more clothes!! Ridiculous!

I went in to have a 2 piece suit dry cleaned for a wedding I was going to. The staff person there was pleasant and got me squared away. I picked up my suit the following day and left town for the wedding. I was disappointed to find after ripping away the plastic bags that there was some animal fur covering my clothes and they had not been pressed well. Had to get it dry cleaned again at the hotel.

I had a minor bed bug infestation in my apartment building and was instructed by property management to clean everything in my bedroom. My duvet cover is dry clean only, so I took it to Dependable Cleaners around the corner, sealed in a trash bag. I specified up front that there was a possibility of bed bugs and the woman at the counter took the sealed duvet, gave me a ticket, and made a special note. She called me a couple days later saying they couldn't perform the service for fear of spreading the bugs, which I can totally understand. I said I was out of town for a week and I'd come

Well, it has happened again. Once again - this place lives down to its low expectations! And once again, it was at a time when I could not have my cleaning done wrong because I was headed out of town on business.
Following my original bad review the management of "Undependable Cleansers" contacted me to apologise and they actually made good on the problem that I reported. The service was okay (though not stellar) until the second-or-third time I sent in clothing after the original one-star rating.
The problem this time was that the request for Boxed shirts came back with

They charge me 3.70/lb for a simple wash and fold no ironing no pressing anything my total was $116.71, in which I wasn't informed of that until pick up, that's outrageous. I'm from out of town and was trying to find something closer to my area hell I could've spent the extra time and gas money went 10 more minutes toward denver got it for $1/lb. I guess they have gold flakes floating in the dryer or something. Not happy

I took 4 clean pairs of dress pants and a blouse in to be pressed only, not cleaned. I also dropped off a blouse that needed to be cleaned and pressed. I was charged over $10 per item-this is an average, as they don't provide a breakdown, just a total. My total was more than the pricing they display on the counter for full dry cleaning. The blouse that needed to be cleaned was still dirty, the creases in the pants were not straight or lined up properly-looked funny when I wore them, and probably can't be re-done. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
