Bill came to us through a referral and we were delighted with our experience. We found him to be much more detail oriented and transparent than the other folks we had spoken to or dealt with and he was refreshing clear in his communication. We finished an attic space for my office and he found a creative (and really cool) way to solve our ceiling height problem that the other builder we spoke to just hadn't thought of. Similiarly in the basement, where as the other builders we brought through advised a lower drop ceiling, Bill came up with an inexpensive way to raise the ceilings and create "trays

For a person who is trying to build their own home, one of the most essential things to look for in a custom home builder is honesty. Deerpath lived up to that expectation and moreover, was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
