My husband and I hired Mr. Murphy to update the deed to our home and we were very happy with the service we received. Everyone we encountered at DeLoach Hofstra and Cavonis was warm, friendly and made the process so easy for us. Mr. Murphy met with us personally at signing to explain the documents. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. His legal assistant Margaux was prompt, helpful and very kind in all of her interactions with us as well.
We will definitely be using this firm for all of our future needs and have already begun recommending

We had just moved back to FL and wanted to find a solid law practice for any future needs. So, I went to the free seminar given by Rep DeLoach and let me tell you...he gets it! He fully understands the needs of clients and is able to explain, in practical terms, how it impacts us. I recently reached out to this group over a slip and fall accident that I had. I spoke with Monica and she asked me to send photos where I fell. About 3 days later she emailed me again and ask to go take additional photos. I had someone take me to the parking area where I fell as I couldn't drive due to my broken ankle. About another week later she contacts me and says she needs more photos and what I sent her wasnt good enough. I'm not sure what all she wanted but she was very rude and belittling. Will not be doing business with this firm.

I highly recommend Christine O'Neil at DeLoach, Hofstra and Cavonis for help with estate planning and elder law. Christine made the whole process so easy, and we walked out of the meeting so relieved that everything was taken care of. She was professional, prompt, and friendly. She was very efficient and took care of everything in one meeting. She was helpful and answered all our questions. We can't say enough about her. She is excellent!!! The staff, Emeline and Ashley are wonderful also!!!

Receptionist was very rude. Cut me off mid sentence multiple times while trying to explain my situation to say "What do you want us to do about it".
Funny thing, That's why I called...I need legal assistance. I was told I would get a call back in a couple days. Seems she didn't pass my message along. Incompetent.

Have you ever gone to a business and everyone you encountered was super friendly and professional, a place where it was obvious that the employees take pride in their work and truly enjoy what they do and where they work? Such was my experience in visiting Rep DeLoach's law office recently. I visited his office on July 27th to meet with Rep to have my estate documents prepared. When I walked into the office, I was immediately met by a receptionist that greeted me with a smile and led me to a conference room. She offered me a beverage and let me know that Rep would be with me shortly.

I had been wanting to sit with someone to discuss estate planning and power of attorney, etc for a while now and had a ton of questions. My friend recommended Rep so I booked an appointment and came with my list. Rep was extremely kind and patient and took the time to explain how it all works and to answer all of my questions. He actually ended up recommending that I wait to do any kind of formal planning because where my assets were were already covered by law. He gave me some recommendations of things I could do if I wanted extra coverage and also gave me some forms I could fill out on my own

Fast and personal service. It's a large firm, but has that hometown feel and service I want in legal help. We contacted Dennis (Rep) DeLoach on a Wednesday, when we learned that our brother had suddenly become extremely ill and didn't have a will in place. After explaining the urgent situation to Rep, he rearranged his calendar to be able to meet with us at 4 pm that Friday. Just before the meeting, the doctors at the hospital told us our brother may not live (or be lucid) more than a few more days, as his kidneys were failing.
