Came out for a day on the lake and rented a pontoon. Not only were we helped getting started from the staff, but a big storm came in and we had to end our day early; the staff helped us unload in the rain and get everything up to our vehicles.
Second time out on Center Hill Lake and I'm still a big fan of Hidden Harbor Marina.

This Marina is by far, the best in the Smithville area. We live in Smithville and have tried several marinas around Dekalb County. Once we found Hidden Harbor, we will never go elsewhere! Customer service in the office and on the docks is always excellent and friendly. There's always help from the staff with loading and unloading your stuff. Excellent explanations of rules and answers to any questions or concerns. Safety, for you and your loved ones is their top prority!! We have rented the Leisure Kraft pontoons and double deckers with slide several times. They are always meticulously clean and

I booked a 24" pontoon for Father's Day & it was an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish!
I inquired online and was called back within a day or two (can't recall). I put down a $100 deposit and received a confirmation email (and a reminder email a couple of days before the trip). Upon check in, the staff was very thorough & helpful. They brought a golf cart up the hill to help with our large cooler, unloaded all of our stuff into the boat & showed the "captain" everything he needed to know. They were also very helpful with unloading and instructions

Rented the three bedroom cabin for three nights and a pontoon boat one day from Hidden Harbor. All the staff were super nice. The cabin was fine. Expectations were not too high given the price point. It had a flat screen and satellite, which is a requirement for my family and I for evening entertainment. It was clean and came with a bonus; it had wireless. The fridge was leaking water from somewhere and the TV would cut itself off and on for about ten minutes before you could ever get it to stay on. I reported both these issues and I'm sure they will fix them.

Really left us hanging. travelled a long way(4 hours) to rent a boat from these people ...got there to get it.... no boat "your boat broke" did everybody's boat break? no solution attempted... 20 family members from far away "no boat" reserved 2 weeks in advance for sunday july 7. apology is not adequate. no discount for future date no nothing ...didn't seem to bother them much to leave me hanging
