After much research, this company and another company from Thumbtack had the lowest quote by far for installing/removing a gas water heater from my townhouse. So much lower than the other competition, that I was a little skeptical at first. But it was so easy to get multiple quotes from Curtis for different scenarios (i.e. replacing the expansion tank) that I decided on this company. A lot of other companies required people to pay for them (if you didn't choose them) to come to the house to inspect the water heater before giving out quotes, therefore, trying to pressure the sale in person.

Im not sure why this company doesnt have more google reviews. I woke up this morning to a trail of water in my garage leading back to my hot water heater. Fortunately they were the first company that came up on my google search. I called at 10 and they arrived by 12. They were friendly, professional and diagnosed the issue. I needed a new hot water heater. They provided me a quote for what needed to be replaced and I agreed on the work. I just spoke with Curtis. What an honorable and professional gentleman! He installed my water heater in December 2008. I never drained the water tank. I called Curtis for advice. He took the time to advise me not to flush it now. It would do more harm than good. My water heater is expected to fail soon. Great no-stress experience! I am also a female with a history of horrible contractor experiences, so am always apprehensive whenever anything breaks. I found WHS after my old 26-yo old water heater died and flooded my basement. They were here within 3 hours and water heater replaced plus the old one hauled away 90 minutes later. Great price. As a single female there are very few service companies that I trust are not trying to scam or screw me out of money for not being a subject matter expert when calling a professional. I was given a card for Water Heater Services LLC on Thursday. I called and spoke to Curtis Friday, he emailed me an esimate on Saturday and we made arrangements on Sunday for an install as late as Tuesday afternoon. After a month with no hot water he was able to come out, replace my unit and not rob me blind in the process. I highly recommend his services and I will happily use him again in the future. Curtis and his associate were wonderful! They were flexible and were able to not only come out the same day but they were perfectly on time. They noted that my old water heater was a different size and were able to figure out a way to make the bigger one fit with some creativity. They also fixed some other issues while they were there!

My water heater stopped working last Wednesday night, called them after checking a few google reviews for diff repair shops Thursday morning around 11am. Curtis took the call and came to my house within an hour since they were close to my area. The problem was fixed right away ,and both of their staff were courteous, brought in their own carpet for the repair, and answered my questions patiently. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has water heaters issues. They know their stuff and they are here to help.

The company owner lacks integrity and the willingness to complete his work. He came to my house 3 times, and $1000 later the hot water heater still isn’t working and now it is worse than before . He was dishonest and double talked during every conversation. He pulled hoses off and other parts that weren’t even an issue. We have another company coming to fix this. It appears to me as if he either didn’t know how to properly diagnose the problem and do the repairs or he was engaging in fraudulent service practices. I contacted this company because I was told by another company that I needed to get my water heater maintenance to prevent any issues. When I voiced this to this company, they told me they would not just come out to take my money. They continued with many companies try to scam home owners with bogus services and they would not do this! They said if my water heater was not giving me problems then I did not need service.
