Great Place to Purchase a Bike!
Trevin was great. He's knowledgeable and patient and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything about my new Can-Am and I didn't feel like I was rushed becoming familiar with the bike. It was my first motorcycle purchase, so I needed a lot of guidance. He was so patient and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and support.

Robert and Chance are outstanding folks in the parts department. They always have answers to my questions and put up with multiple calls around parts and accessories. I had a good experience here. They gave me the time to kick some tires before I was ready to talk about anything. I appreciate low pressure sales tactics. Trevin was a good communicator as it took a couple of weeks for me to complete the transaction. Once I had my ducks in a row, and my schedule relaxed enough for me to make the journey up there and pick it up. Trevin had the bike all ready to go, and they even topped of the fuel tank!

Had my Honda Fury booked in for its first service yesterday. Minor issue meant I had to pick it up today Aug 5th instead. But the Service Dept of the Lifestyles Team did a great job nonetheless and were keen to correct the inconvenience. In my view they over-corrected to make things right. So I will be back. Special thanks to Lee, also to the Service Manager and to the General Manager who were all very good.

We purchased a toy hauler from Lifestyles Honda Recreational Products. The experience was great. They worked with us with our trade in. They stayed later than normal. And when we had trouble with our side by side they even helped push it into the trailer! Thanks Kelly and Cole and the other gentlemen who pitched in!

When my tire blew a flat on the highway near their exit, these WONDERFUL people, changed my CAR tire and made me an appointment at a nearby tire shop that they knew of. I would have been lost and stranded without them. Thank you Lifestyles Honda. I wasn't even a customer and they treated me with the utmost consideration and support. First time snowmobile purchaser. Jake squared me away, no BS. Was very educational with what I would be needing, especially since he himself is both a serious sledder and serious snowboarder and can speak to both. We figured out my accessory needs, and had me out the door the same day I came looking. Put about 900 miles on the sled this season before I decided to truck through some trees....lets say the trees won and I needed new parts. Jake/Trevin/Robert looked up the parts I needed and tried to get them to me from the nearest available warehouse. Very good service, and super stoked on their professionalism

I took my CanAm Outlander quad in for repair, it ended up needing an oil pump and I agreed to have them proceed with the repairs my quad. What they didn't tell me is that I lost my place in the shop while the parts were ordered. The person I was talking to also told me we only had an agreement to troubleshoot the problem. I had to remind him of our phone conversation where I agreed to purchase the parts and proceed with the repair.

I went by this dealership, which also sells Triumph motorcycles, to check out the 2017 Triumph Bonneville T120. All I went in to do was look and talk, but the salesman prevailed on me to take a test drive. They don't really have close access to real twisties, but I was able to get a feel for the bike. I liked it enough to get an out the door price including taking 20 minutes of the parts guy's time to price out the accessories I'd want on the bike. It's August now, and I'm thinking that they're going to have left over 2017s after the 2018s come out next month,

This is a great business, they are friendly, the sales personal leaves you all the room in the world to figure it out what you want to figure out, they answer all the question. I bought my wife a CanAm Trike there and I was out after about 1 hour, and very happy. Only draw back for me personally? We live in Olympia, and Mt. Vernon is about 120 miles North.....
