The work they did was great. They installed an ornate fence in a cut out between my living room and dining room so my son couldn't climb over it. There design was great and the install team did a great job. There were some inconsistencies between what I was told on the initial house visit and when I went to place the order, but that did not take away from the final product.

The quality of the work was very good. I only rated them four stars because the customer service and follow up was lacking. There is very little communication. I had to call a couple of times to find out when the work would begin. Also, there was no follow at all to see if I was satisfied once the job was finished. Once the job was complete there was no other communication. All that being said, I am very happy with the railings that were installed.

I used Macaro to fabricate and install new aluminum railings to replace my old corroding ornamental railing. They hit a grand slam. They were prompt in responding to my call for a request for proposal. Yhe proposal was submitted very quickly and a great value. I was immensely impressed with the prompt service when I was ready for the rails to be field measured and fabricated. The installation occurred on time as promised and the installation crew did a fantastic job, they were neat, clean, fast and did a great job.the installation was do quick. 5hey guys cleaned up and you would not have known

I don’t write many online reviews but I was so pleased with Macaro’s service and product that I was actually waiting for an opportunity to review them. I would even say that they are by far the best home improvement company I’ve hired in the 5 years I’ve lived in Summit. Recently purchased new railings through this buisness. From start to finish the service was 5 star (hence the rating). Very informative group of individuals to assist in the wide variety of railing options for our new patio steps. We ultimately found which options suited us, custom fabrication is done on site and contact was maintained throughout the whole process to keep us informed. We had it installed today in expert timely fashion and it completes our patio perfectly.

Our installation was Perfect!! From our initial call to get an estimate to the workmanship of the finished railing our experience was exceptional. Our front stoop has a new look that is impressive giving our home a “New Look” real curb appeal. Our new railing not only added to the look of our home they also provide a level of safety when exiting or entering our home. Would not use this company AGAIN! missed appointments well ok , got over the language barrier with installer ok, only to get a very miss fitting set of railings perhaps exceptable in some third world country, however paid hard earned tax paid american dollars ! will be scraping them shortly,REPEAT DO NOT use this company!!

I've been shopping for interior railings for some time now, and wanted to make sure I found quality ones. I have kids, and elderly parents that live with me. I must say this company had it all, I first visited their showroom and was very impressed with the amount of options. They then sat down with me and explained the different materials, and what pattern would work best for my use, but still having a great look! Anyways couldn't ask for a better company to deal with!! Definitely look forward to using them again when I do my patio

Had our railings installed in 2015. Noticed the railing was wobbling that winter when we were cleaning the porch. Notified them. Fast forward to 2018 over 30+ calls, missed appointments, and 3 failed repairs. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They kept blaming the contractor. I finally called the contractor who did our porch and he finally got them to come out and own up to their horrible installation. They finally cut the railing out to fix it. Going on one week with caution tape on my porch. Who knows when it'll be fixed.

Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I used them in August of 2017 to install curved railing for my front entry stairs. I was told by the owner of the company they can fabricate the curved railing in aluminum, however after paying the deposit of 50% and 9 weeks later (was quoted 4 weeks to fabricate the railing) i get a phone call from the owner (the day before i have finial inspections scheduled) saying he can not fabricate curved railing. This was the same owner who came to measure the stairs and designed the layout of the curved railing. I had another company that could install curved railing

I just had my railings installed last week. Macaro come out with and gave me the best price, also had the fastest lead time. I was told 3-4 weeks but received my order in just 2 weeks. From sales to install the crew at macaro iron works was great. The installers explained what they were doing before they started.

I went with this company because they had done the original railings for the home. I needed the matching hand rails for my patio steps. They came out promptly, measured, gave me a quote and took half the money as deposit promising a turn around time of 3 weeks. It's been close to 7 weeks and I have not gotten a date for the job. The final inspection for my patio hasn't been done due to their terrible customer service. I've made 4 calls for follow up and no one seems to know the status.
