Myrtue Medical Ctr-Harlan Clinic
Your health matters here. At Myrtue Medical Center, we provide comprehensive health services to people throughout our community. You can find our clinics in Harlan, Avoca, Shelby, Elk Horn, and Earling. In these rural areas, it can be hard to find close-to-home access to medical specialists. It is our goal to make sure you and your family need not travel far for the care you need.

Our centers offer a variety of services not often found in rural hospitals, including behavioral health, oncology, physical therapy, surgery, and more. It is important to us that everyone in our community can obtain the care they need without financial strain. Our hospital has secure financial stability, which allows us more flexibility with patient payment plans.
Services
Myrtue Medical Center has been committed to the health and well-being of Harlan and Shelby County residents for over 65 years.

Our integrated healthcare system incorporates five rural health clinics, behavioral health, community health, outpatient specialty clinics, a Critical Access Hospital with Level IV trauma care, physical and occupational therapy, diagnostic imaging, the Petersen Family Wellness Center and Lewis Family Aquatic Complex, and much more!
There are many ways to financially support the Health Foundation. An annual fund drive is held in December of each year soliciting donations from the citizens of our county and surrounding area. The Foundation's Annual Report is distributed at this time to inform the community of the year's activities.
Thank you for choosing Myrtue Medical Center for your health care needs. We are committed to fulfilling our mission of providing the highest quality care. To ensure the success of this commitment we must be financially responsible. We take a positive and proactive approach to patient billing and collections with the goal of receiving payment for services rendered in the most efficient, timely and customer oriented manner possible.
Myrtue Medical Center has committed to the 340B Good Stewardship Program. During a time of increasing drug prices, the 340B drug pricing program is helping to ensure access to care for vulnerable patients and communities across the nation. The good stewardship principles require the hospital to take several actions.
