St. Hope Foundation
Our role as your medical provider is to provide long-term comprehensive care, managing both common and complex illnesses. We care about you, your lifestyle, your health history, and your health concerns. Our healthcare experts are passionate advocates for our patients. From a routine teeth cleaning to treating complex health issues, our team is here for you.
Services
St. Hope is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA). Our organization was created in response to the growing need for innovative, effective healthcare designed to provide quality services to reduce health disparities within Houston, Texas and rural counties.
From common concerns to complex illnesses, our team of compassionate medical providers is here to help you navigate the waters of your health. We can help you by making recommendations for preventive care, treat any current conditions you have, and refer you to an appropriate specialist or other medical facilities if you need specialized diagnostic tests or treatments.
Our dentistry program provides a broad spectrum of services, from routine dental care to complex restorations. We offer dentistry for Houston area patients with complex medical problems, including dental health screenings for patients prior to transplant, chemotherapy or radiation therapy, management of patients at risk for subacute bacterial endocarditis, and management of patients with bleeding disorders.
Implants are the artificial root of artificial teeth made to match the exact shape and color of the rest of your teeth, so that they look and feel natural. They are made with a titanium base, which is a reliable material since it bonds well with your jawbone. 1. You'll look better. Everyone wants to look good and implants provide you with a full smile, and therein a more attractive look.
Within the last decade, St. Hope has implemented effective prevention programs that have worked simultaneously on many levels in the Houston area, from individual levels, social network and community levels, and at the societal structure level. Our goal has been two prong by targeting both HIV/STI high risk individuals along with those already diagnosed with HIV/STI in support of a continuum of HIV prevention and treatment.

Very timely caring and such a nice staff of people. Glad I chose to walk away from another place that kept me constantly ill. Testing is accurate and solved quickley.

I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth pulled but when I arrived I was told I could not get it pulled. I told the doctor that I specifically made the appointment to have a tooth pulled and how much pain I was in. He said he had a lot of appointments that day. So after paying $75 for the exam the assistant did the exam. As she was doing my x-ray she continued to touch the tooth that was giving me pain. I told her this tooth is hurting so bad that I could fight (not in a threatening manner but just to explain my pain of her touching the tooth). A bit later the office manager came in and asked

I was advised to come here because I couldn't afford healthcare. So they make it more affordable if you are living in poverty. However I guess you get what you pay for because this office does the bare minimum make you feel like they care. I been trying to write an extensive review about this place, but it really boils down to, they do some good things, but they really just treat you like a number and every single visit from me has had some kind of horror story behind it. Every time I interact with st hope makes me lose hope in humanity. From the phone service, to the parking lot, the waiting

They are only getting 2 stars because they providers that I have seen have been great. I've been trying to get seen there for almost 2 months now and I have no insurance so I'm on a sliding fee scale. The problem with that is they never tell you how much a visit is really going to cost. Supposedly it's company policy.
I'm on a budget because I have some permanent conditions that keep me from working so my husband's income is all we have. We saved for what I was told a specialist would cost but the first time I went to see said specialist I was told it was twice the price I was told before. So

Only good for simple dental work. Ten weeks later still waiting to get 1 crown, temporary crown came out after one day, twice. Finally got someone on the phone but no one knows when crown will be ready ... crown for one tooth! Had to pay half before they started. So much for their motto "more than a number" 😒😕

This review is specifically for the 255 northpoint drive, greenspoint location, I must say I was at first a little bit nervous dealing with a place that is offering assistance to low income families , past experience has not always been so great , I was expecting unprofessionalism as well as the typical know it all attitudes I am forced to endure ,seeing that I myself is apart of the low income demographaic, however I was greeted with the upmost respect , office appropriate humor and most of all professionalism . Thumbs up you guys ,by the way this review was in regards to dentistry , I have not

The staff here is very friendly. The doctors are very professional. The wait can be long during the afternoon so I recommend making early appointments. The labs are very thorough but make sure you ask for a paper copy else they will just tell you results verbally . Every one at the front desk is very welcoming. If you need to use the restroom it is locked in the back, but they will let you use it if you ask. The waiting room has the news on and a channel for little kids like pbs kids. They will not change the channel for you if it's bothering you so i recommend bring headphones to listen

I want to give a shoutout to Mr. Larry I attended a group with him this weekend. This man has a serious passion for people. He kept the group very intrigued and entertained with the serious information we learned. I had some many questions about my personal experience and he helped with all the questions and helped me decide on my options. He is really a joyous person to be around, he kept a smile the whole time. He truly has a passion for his work and I really appreciate him taking the team to come to this group with us. I didn't even want to participate at first, but I am so glad I did. Mr. Larry

I recently went to St Hope for a well woman exam (check up) and surprisingly I was completely satisfied. Everyone was extremely helpful and very patient. Being a mother of three at times life just moves fast, on that particular day it was a FAST on but while there I was able to relax and just focus on myself.
