I've used Shutterworks three different times over the past 10 years. Now every window is covered with Plantation Shutters and I just love them. Todd and his crew are very accommodating and professional. The workmanship and attention to detail are what kept me coming back for more.

My husband and I met Todd at the Buffalo Home Show in March 2019. We were immediately impressed with his product presentation and knowledge of his craft. We were looking for a solution which would provide both privacy and updated beauty for our master bath. Todd contacted us promptly. Measurements were taken, a fair and honest estimate given, and the scheduled time for installation on track. The custom painted plantation shutters were perfectly matched to the existing trim and the fit, exact. I have ordered more shutters to be constructed and installed and I know they won't be the last. We installed at our new office, 5 windows and 2 doors and the experience was fantastic. Beautifully built. Perfect installation. Not often do you get a contractor that knows what he is doing and does it so well. He comes, he measures, he paints them whatever color you want, he comes back and installs - done. If you want shutters this is the place.
