My MacBook Pro split the keyboard from the base. It worked for quite some time...until it didn't. In the middle of a busy work day....I found Daniel via an online search. He met me right away, I gave him my laptop and it was fixed the next day. Granted, most repairs take 2-3 days but he saw I was in a bind and came to my rescue. Repair price was totally reasonable. I feel very fortunate that I found Daniel and I highly recommend his service. He was professional, personable and an expert in his field.

Daniel is great! Fast, prompt, professional and super helpful. It was super easy to communicate with Daniel and he knew right away what was going on with my computer! He offered me multiple options at various price points to help fix the problem with my computer which was greatly appreciated. He was willing to offer me advice for the future and talked me through every step of the process. I feel like he had my best interest in mind the whole time and my computer is working good as new. Will be back to Daniel for all future apple needs!

Took a 10 year-old iMac to them to rescue what was in its memory--they gave me back a renewed computer with a terabyte of new solid-state memory and managed to get the info off the old memory disc despite it being near death. Cost me $700, about a quarter of the new price, and the 27-inch monitor looks great. I was about to write it off and go for a new one. Thanks, Emilio!

Kept having charging problems without knowing why. Went to Applecore and they instantly showed me the source of my problem - a dying battery that would not hold a charge. But the battery replacement didn’t quite fix the problem. They showed me that the DC charging receptor had burnt out. So, they immediately swapped out the part from one of their own computers and turned it around overnight. Great work great service. Thanks AppleCore.

I had a wonderful experience with AppleCore. The fix:replacing a swollen battery on a 2014 MacBook Pro was quick and efficient. When I needed this fix previously I was told that my only option was to send my laptop in to Apple, that they would need to wipe my hard drive and that I would be without a computer for at least two weeks. AppleCore even delivered my fixed computer to my home as I had recently been hospitalized and was unable to drive. Great guys. I highly recommend them.
