I discovered today, that my hvac system was cooling properly. I called S.V. ... and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The Technician arrive with an hour and half. Michael Wright, Service Technician, was professional... and respectful. He diagnosed, repaired and had the system operating properly with in 2 hours. Certainly grateful

I had to pay another company $134.00 to fix this problem. Per the technician, it was caused due to bad installation. Per my builder, it was Spring Valley Air Conditioning who performed the installation. Oh, of course, I first contacted Spring Valley just to learn that they were too busy; Being unable to "Schedule" a tech to look at this issue that would take literally 5 minutes to fix.
