Year after year we are consistently one of the top sellers and listers in Solivita. Charlie and Susan moved to Florida in 2005. They were both were involved in real estate in the Washington, DC area as landlords of multiple units.
For each year since 2011, all homes that sold in Solivita are listed below by date, price and square footage. Also, since 2016, there is a comparison between the number of homes sold each day of the year with the previous year. Data is provided by the Stellar Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and reflects sales by multiple brokers/agents.
We were looking for a new way of life. Got tired of the same old routine up North and didn't have much contact with retired folks. We came to Solivita after visiting many Florida over 55 communities and fell in love with it. It's the best move we ever made. We lived in another Avatar community and really liked it but it lacked all the activities that Solivita has to offer.

We met Susan and Charles Borchini
when purchasing a home in Solivita as they were the agents for the seller.
While they were both professional they were also personable, helpful in answering questions about the house, informative about the immediate area, and would recommend people to help us to make our house a home.
Susan and Charles also turned out to be our next door neighbors. What a blessing that was for us.

The Borchini’s, Susan and Charles, were both very knowledgeable and were responsive to all our many questions throughout the process. They provided us with a comprehensive market analysis and took very professional looking pictures and video. Their communication skills were excellent, keeping us up to date on the traffic through our house and any feedback they received. They gave us very helpful suggestions on people we needed to contact in relation to our move. We were able to achieve our asking price in a reasonably short time frame.

My husband and I were not able to travel to Florida for the sale of our home. Susan and Charles made this a stress free experience. They were there to help with every aspect of the sale. They contacted the businesses that were needed to make some repairs and were there to see the job completed. Every question we had was answered promptly. We visited Solivita ion early 2020 planning to prepare my father's house to sell. Based on a friend's recommendation, we met with the Borchinis to discuss listing with their firm. We chose Borchini Realty to list our Solivita house in February 2020, and then we departed for Europe, where we have a home. The intention was to wait until Susan and Charlie Borchini had found a buyer, and then return to arrange to ship our household items to Europe, sell the balance of furniture, and dispose of the rest.
Then the Covid Virus struck. We could not return to the U.S. as if we did, we could not re-enter Europe!

We recently sold our home in Solivita and used Borchini Realty services. Both Susan and her husband were fantastic and a lot of fun, I might add. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of the business.
