My roof had been neglected for years and had an accumulation of leaves, branches, and layers of hardened dirt. I wish I had taken before and after pictures.. Justin gave me a reasonable price to clean the roof, gutters, and solar panels, however I think it turned out to be a lot more work than expected due to the circumstances.
Justin was extremely thorough and accommodating. My neighbor was painting their house and the dust generated by his cleaning would have caused problems for them, but he worked with them to work out a schedule so they would not step on each other's toes - even rescheduling

The previous reviews are spot on. Justin was courteous, informative and above all else honest. He took pictures of what the gutters looked like before cleaning and asked if I wanted to go up to take a look at the after results. Looking at the height I opted out, but it was nice to have the option.
I'd highly recommend Justin and AA Gutter Cleaning and will call them again in the future.

I was very impressed when Justin and his team gave a very honest assessment of my house's gutter problem. Great working with Dean and Justin. I got my appointment sooner than promised. The work for cleaning gutters and downspouts were top notch.
Justin and his work partner are very customer oriented, did what I asked and even offered an improved solution than I was thinking about to prevent clogging. Very thorough making sure water drains not only from gutters but also all the way down and out of the downspouts underground. He has the tools and equipment to meet most issues or obsticles...and there were indeed some obsticles in my job. He handled them professionally and explained everything to me

Dean and Justin are wonderful! They are fast, knowledgeable, pleasant, and honest. Out of four gutter companies that I called for a quote, Dean responded promptly and was the most personable and reasonable. Justin was very helpful in explaining the pros of a drain spout filter, which we had installed on our upper roof. He was also very careful in not spraying debris on our next door neighbor's windows. It's good to note that they don't haul away the debris, but our deck and area around the house were nicely blown off. We recommend AA Gutter Cleaners highly!

I was so happy to have found AA Gutter Cleaning in Pleasant Hills, CA. I first talked to Dean (owner) in the office who was very friendly and then he sent Justin (Dean's son) out to the house. Justin was also very friendly. Justin not only cleaned our gutters but also took down 2 satellite dishes that were no longer being used. Very happy I chose this family owned business. From the first call with Dean to the arrival of Justin, it was top line service all the way. Justin was on time and paid attention to detail when cleaning the roof and gutters. I really appreciated him pointing things out that could be issues down the road as well as caring for minor things, which showed I was important to them as a customer. He was thorough and everything was clean/cleaned-up when he left. I have already recommend them to neighbors and plan to have them back before the winter rains.

We needed a thorough roof, gutter and spout cleaning. We contacted Dean at AA, and on the same day Dean was able to provide a Google earth guided e-assessment of our home and some recommendations based on the existing gutters and trees surrounding our home.
2 days later, his son, Justin Davis, was at our house. Justin spent over 8 hours cleaning gutters, testing and clearing down spouts, removing moss from the roof, fixing gutter screens and providing guidance for the upcoming rainy season. Justin was very personable and meticulous in his work.

Dean and Justin are great. I was truly impressed with the speed, seamlessness, and efficiency in which they communicated. They are both very friendly and easy to work with. They asked questions about our needs and ensured that everything was scheduled to best fit our timing to limit any disruption to us. And they were able to

Dean is very professional, prioritizes great customer service, and is very responsive. He takes the time to explain the work the will be done and its benefits. Justin arrived to my house early, reiterated the work that will be done and also let me know they clean solar panels the responsible way to make sure the warranty is not jeopardized. The roof and the gutters were cleaned thoroughly. I could notice a big difference with my solar panels after they were cleaned. The ground below and around my house were cleaned very well too. "AA Gutter Cleaning" was Quick, professional, and down to earth. Very affordable as well. I confess I have not had gutters cleaned in 4 years. But recently I have heard that this is a common way that a house could catch fire. Us in the Bay Area have seen embers crossing high ways. But one source I read said that if those same embers were to land in your gutter they could easily catch fire. Not sure if that's true but I didn't want to take the risk. Mine were so clogged that water was spilling over them. Squeaky clean now! One less thing to worry about! I wish I took a before picture.

Found AA gutter cleaning through yelp recommendations and received a reply almost immediately after requesting a quote. price was reasonable so i set up a morning apt. Justin was punctual, professional, friendly and very thorough with his work. the job was fast and efficient. i wanted to get gutter guards installed and they offer gutter foam or downspout guards. i went with the guards to keep my downspouts clear. the guards look like a durable plastic that would last for a while.
