My HOA hired A&A to do annual septic inspections, and they pumped my septic system in 2010 and 2020. I had a home warranty company, and understood why initially I was not scheduled with the rest of the homeowners. It was really hard to get on their schedule afterwards, and so many dropped calls (their end) made it hard to communicate.
When I finally got on the schedule, I had to coordinate with tenants for access, etc. System needed pumping and they did not appreciate the audience (even though it was in the height of pandemic and system is located just below back deck, the only safe place to host

A&A ALL THE WAY! The alarm for our septic went off and we were in a bit of a panic so called A&A. From the beginning to the end their friendly, helpful and knowledgable team were amazing. Kyle arrived on site and I have never seen anyone work so hard, he found the tank but the lids were buried about 3' deep (we had no idea) but that didn't stop Kyle, he got straight to work and dug them all out (by hand, what a guy) and went on to fix the problem. We are so grateful for A&A, can't speak highly enough of their communication and professionalism and will be referring them to everyone we know.... and

We can't thank A&A Septic enough for their help, communication and professionalism. We had a bridal party staying at our rental property and everything backed up, Kyle got out to the house as soon as possible, fixed the issue and pump the tank. They communicated with both us and our guests directly to keep us all informed of timing and progress, their service and communication are outstanding and we can't thank them enough. Thanks to A&A we still got a great review from the bridal party on VRBO despite the backup.

Kyle and Emma were awesome! They came out on a busy Saturday on a holiday weekend and saved our vacation. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem on the spot. John and I will recommend them to anyone needing septic service. We are calling our local plumbers right now to make sure they are aware of their great service and expertise.
