Not professional printer repair shop. Paid to have a professional Epson printer repair/serviced, Printer works about a week. Later on, problem came back. The guy came to check, but 2 hours later, he left with the printer dissemble and told us it's not repairable. Minimum he should do is put the machine back to whatever condition it was. Spend $500 for nothing.

Horizon has great customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products. Whenever we need help or assistance they come to the office within 24 hours. We ended up going with Horizon because our old copier company would miss appointments or were never available when we needed them. We have never had a problem when dealing with Horizon. I highly recommend them.

We called Horizon and they were extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone. The service technician, Mike, showed up that same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. A part needed to be ordered which he had the very next day, he installed it and copier is working perfectly. The service we received was excellent, Mike was a pleasure to deal with and the price was extremely reasonable! Happy customer!!
