I'm a first time customer. I located the company online. The representative that signed me up did not remember receiving my first month payment in cash. Secondly, I paid with a check to start the insurance. My payment was paid to another account, an error made on behalf of the representative for the company. My daughter presented the receipts. In the meantime, fustrated, I received a quote from another company and I made the decision to change. The other quote was cheaper. If the error wouldn't have occurred, I would still be with the company. I didn't like the way the representative
