Ocala Bicycle Center (OBC) opened for business in August of 2005. It was the goal of local owners, Dan and Carrie Miller, to operate a honest family owned business to provide superior service to local cyclists. Both owners, engineering graduates from Georgia Tech, understand the importance of great customer service and attention to detail in order to meet our customers expectations.

I brought in my 20 plus year old Schwinn that I have used off and on for many years. It was badly in need of some work. I thought the staff might try to talk me into purchasing a new bike, but that wasn't the case. The staff took my bike into their shop and started an exam. When I left I had an itemized quote for the needed work. They said it would look like new. In 3 days they called to advise my bike was ready. I was amazed the bike did look like new and within a few dollars of their quote. This wasn't my first visit to the Ocala Bike Center and it won't be the last. I strongly recommend them

I ordered a Townie Go 8D EQ Step-Thru. The bike arrived on schedule. It was put together in 24 hours and I picked the bike up the next day. I purchased some products for the bike and they put them on while I waited. They explained to me and showed me all the features of my new electric bike. Top of the LIne Bike Shop with Excellent Customer Service!!!

Great customer service. We were not from the area and stopped in for bicycle repairs and the awesome technician performed the needed repairs the same day saving us from making a 2 hour trip to the store to pick up our bicycle. The bike is like new now and we are so appreciative of the great friendly and prompt service we received. Thank you !!!!

I came in twice in one day, once because my left crank was loose and needed tightened up and about 5 minutes before close because glass punctured my tire and I had to walk my bike back to their store, despite being about 5 minutes before close they very kindly changed my tube and sent me on my merry way. THANK YOU AGAIN! <3

Dan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions! I had a road bike for 20 years, then a mountain bike for another 20. I am now 60 and need a bike that will handle on and off road, but not hills or sand. Dan knew exactly what I needed. I tested two styles and chose my new wheels. He added the accessories I needed and off we went. I am loving my new Electra Townie. Thanks Dan!! We will back!

I have done business with Ocala bicycle center for several years now. Carrie has always given me top-notch care and individualized service to best meet my special healthcare needs as related to biking. I travelled two hours to get a customized fitting when when my needs changed and I am now spending more time on my bicycle. If you are in need of a new bike or need your old bike tweaked to your individual needs, you need to make Ocala bike shop your first stop!
