Neal Greene helped me rent my house many times over a 10 year period and eventually to sell it. Each time he made the process simple and less stressful. He helped navigate me though the hurdles that popped up during the rental and eventual selling process. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and trustworthy. Neal is a great Realtor and a great person. Neal helped us understand what we wanted in a house and what was feasible with our budget. He helped identify houses for us and suggested additional neighborhoods that we had not previously thought of. He was very responsive and professional and helped us negotiate a fair price for our new home. In addition, Neal provided great advice on staging the house we were selling. I would definitely use Neal again for any of my housing needs.

Nicholas Yale helped me find a Townhouse in Phoenix abut 4 years ago. Since then he has stayed in constant contact with me about changes in the value of my property, holiday cards, birthday cards and other communication. As part of my purchase he had negotiated with the seller to have $1000.00 on account with a general contractor. They changed… their business model and could not do the work. Was having trouble getting my money back and Nicholas jumped in and communicated with them on my behalf. Within a week I had recieved a check for $1000.00. I don't know if there are any realators in

Let’s start off by saying, automated text messages and/ or calls are the WORST! 😤Not only did I wake up to one of those extremely ANNOYING text messages, but one that is in terrible taste. Clearly, Brokers Hub… didn’t do their research on who the current home owner is and sent an automated message to Eric. Well Eric has been dead for over 15 years! I hope they realize how much their “festive” spam ended up being a terrible choice!

Nervous about the stock market?? I was !!! (And am still!) Seriously consider a diversification into real estate !! So I ask.what are you doing for YOU at the holidays??? Last year Nick took me out to ‘kick the tires’ and just get a pulse on the market...that night I put in an offer on a house (soooo not expecting to buy). He worked his ...off and… I signed on the house 3 weeks later and had it successfully rented by March 15.
