The company I work for was already working with Busch (for a long time) when i started back in 2016 (writing review in 2021) and let me tell you what a pleasure it is with everyone that works there! Shout out to Matthias, Tommy and Bryon! You guys are always on top of things and find solutions fast for any issues we have. The teamwork that they have here is fantastic, it doesn't matter who picks up the phone, they all know what's going on and the next steps to take. We recently changed IT companies to Busch Consulting, and it has been a breeze! I put off changing companies for a while because I was not looking forward to the headache that it can be, but working with Matthias and Richard has been a breeze! I wish we had changed sooner. They have made the transition a very pleasant experience! As with any switch like this, there were bumps in the road (let's face it, it's inevitable!), but they respond right away and the issue is fixed just like that!
