I am part of the Central California Animal Disaster Team/Kern Division. We assist with the sheltering of large and small domesticated animals during a natural disaster. Subsequent to the Creek Fire/Fresno and Clovis, Ca., I was tasked with locating two Live Stock trailers for our group, which also covers six other counties.

Amazing customer service!! We were on the road when our wheel flew off our trailer. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to get us in right away. They were very sympathetic to our situation and got us fixed up and back on the road within just a few short hours. They also checked the other hubs to make sure we wouldn’t face the same issue later on our trip. I highly recommend this shop! Thanks to the kind and professional staff at Central Coast Trailers for saving our vacation.

I bought a Bradford Built flatbed from Central Coast Trailers, and paid them to install it. After getting it home I realized how poor of an installation job they'd done:
* They didn't paint any of the steel bracketry they used to install the bed, so its all rusted, which makes it look like it was installed in some hillbillys back yard, and the rust literally runs down my truck frame when it gets wet. This is basic metal working 101 -- when your're using raw steel on any vehicle, you need to paint it, or it will rust.
* The bed and boxes they installed squeek with any movement of the truck.

I bought a trailer from them that has had nothing but problems. They said they had gone through the whole trailer, everything worked, and it's in the shop again. We've had a leak, the heater repaired and now the generator is getting repaired. They also lied about the hours on the generator. We wouldn't go back there again, we feel we were deceived.
