When it comes time for your child's birthday, celebrate with an exciting inflatable bounce house. All of your young party guests will squeal with delight when they drive up to your event and see a fun, themed jump house. With an all day rental, you can be sure that kids can play for hours and hours.

Faith and Anton went out of their way to make our son feel super special on his 5th birthday. Their dynamic enthusiasm could be felt by all the kids…and parents too! From the face painting, cotton candy, balloon animals, magic show (with a real bunny!), lawn games…and even a surprise visit by Spider-Man himself, we couldn’t have been more thrilled. This is the first of many birthdays we will have with clowns.com…and we will be requesting Faith and Anton again! Couldn’t imagine a better duo to lead the party!!! THANK YOU!

Horrible experience from the start and I'm still trying to get my money back. We rented a bouncy castle for a family party on a Saturday. Should have stayed away from Clowns.com from the beginning when they asked to be paid by Venmo, which has no fraud protection features. Credit card companies probably have blacklisted them by now. The castle was supposed to be delivered between 2 - 8pm on the Friday before the party, as per the contract we signed with Clowns.com. The delivery never showed up and we never got a call. Megan and Jake entertained a wide age range of children (ages 2-11) for my daughter's christening. I personally had parents call me the next day saying how their kids are still talking about the show. You won't be disappointed with their services. This was my 2nd time using the entertainment company.

Anna, Cedric and Angelica were amazing during my daughter's 1st birthday! The kiddos really enjoyed the shows and we ALL loved the face painting and Birthday Crowning! Cotton candy and their real life bunny were the perfect touch! They had the entire crowd enjoying themselves and they were so easy to work with + set up for the event. 100% recommend them!

My Daughters first birthday was suppose to be fun & stress free. It never ends up that way but the experience I had with Clowns was something way more than stressful. I probably can't even express it enough in this review. I had started researching birthday places back in May (my daughters bday is in August). I was trying to be ahead of the game & organized. When Christian answered my inquiry Clowns seemed to be the perfect choice who wouldn't want clowns, a character, a magician, face painting & of course a bounce house. We had Nathan and Michaela at our daughter's first birthday party. Everyone had a blast. We also requested Minnie Mouse as the character and my daughter was in love. Lol.. Nathan and Michaela were very animated and had all the children and even adults dancing. Definitely recommending to everyone and they will be our go to entertainment. Seriously the worst experience of my life. They delivered my water slide late. They advertised false dimensions of the slide. Can't get someone who knows what's going on to answer the phone. My slide was supposed to be picked up Sunday at 9am, they never showed . Then by end of day on Sunday and never showed. Then Monday 9am then by 2pm then by 5pm. Long story short slide was picked up Tuesday at 10am. They are rude and unprofessional. Customer service is awful. Jennifer and Christian are rude and constantly lied on my drop off and pick up times.

TJ and Alyssa were amazing! Everyone left the party saying how great they were and all the kids had a blast! They were so patient and just really full of energy from beginning to end. They kept all the kids engaged and moved through all the activities with the right pace. Thanks for making a very memorable birthday for my son (and us)!

A slide meant for adults. When I called this afternoon to address the issue they stated "ok, sorry" that was all and then procced with "you should of rejected the slide" "what else do you want me to do I can't read your mind" This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen and so unprofessional. Stay far away!

We booked Clowns.com for my daughters 3rd birthday, Victoria & Vlad arrived on time, they were full of energy from the moment they walked in! I wasn't sure how they would pack in all of the activities but they did, face painting, cotton candy, magic tricks, special charters (we selected Chase from Paw Patrol) it was really a great addition to our party - we will definitely book again!

Just wanted to say that the owner saw my review & offered to rectify the situation. Told him I would get back to him once I'm ready. Called today to schedule something & try to restore my faith in them & he did not uphold his offer. He said he can't do it because it's been 1 year... I mean, really? What a terrible way to do business. Was I supposed to have another party while restrictions for covid were in full effect? Extremely disappointed.

When my daughter finally got through to somebody on the phone, they said there was some type of miscommunication. How very disappointing and bad business.

My rating is for the company itself and not the performer. I wanted to hire a bearded Santa for my party and was comparing my options. This place will call and text you multiple times every day. I replied back and asked if they had a real bearded Santa, they told me yes and to check the site. There wasn't a bearded Santa on the website so they sent me a picture.

Was rushed, pressured, and belittled. I wanted to do something special for my friend's son's first birthday by sending a fun character to their home.

that families should go forward with having their parties despite mandatory COVID-19 rules that there be no social gatherings in NYS of any kind. BTW, it's a $1,000 fine for anyone not following these rules; does Clowns.com anticipate on paying that fine, since they refuse to honor a cancellation due to the virus? You are NOT an essential service, you are obligated to allow a cancellation without a fee to families that have to cancel so no one they love gets sick or dies. Was nervous picking a clown/magician out for my daughters 1st birthday party as it was my 1st time hiring someone. So hard to choose with mixed reviews but decided to go with them as a coworker used them in the past with success. Let me say both jean and Tyler did a great job yesterday. They showed up early and got straight to entertaining the kids.

Tiana and Werno are amazing! They were very punctual, professional and extremely entertaining at our daughter's 4th birthday. Even the adults were laughing and entertained at the magic show.

Marina and Reed came by to my house on a Saturday in the evening to my sons first birthday party! They definitely made sure every minute was full of fun! I honestly think the adults had just as much fun as the kids!
