I purchased a house with DeShazer as both the sellling and listing agent. The experience was horrible! All the carpenters were recommended by Jack. The workmanship was faulty to say the least. On top of all that....one of the contract carpenters, told me that if I wanted my home to catch on fire, he could make it happen! I have been in my house for 10 years...making improvements and hiring qualified craftsman to make it a truely lovely home. HOWEVER, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND R&J FOR ANYTHING. BEWARE OF HIM.....
