This company FAILED to check if we had gas or not after working on the gas lines. Isn’t this obvious, hello?

We had our driveway done by burns and let me tell you it looks beyond amazing, better than I ever expected !! They really put pride in their work and it shows. We got quotes from many other companies and never thought that we would be able to afford a huge well known company like burns but they are affordable which was surprising. I will be recommending everyone to them. Call them you won’t regret it!

Just watched these "professionals" dig a massive hole in my street for a house reno across from us, break the water main, and then proceed to try and pump and fix it themselves. We called the water company when we noticed our water was gone. Water company told us they never bothered to notify them, and they were on site to dig a small hole at the curb. Half the street's width is now dug up.

We are having Aquarion install new lines here in Newtown. I’ve got a driveway I am paving and thankfully I stopped after the prep work. They would have torn up what my contractor had done.
I have to say if we have to deal with all of this, Burns is the right choice. Every gentleman I have come into contact with has been wonderful and cheerful.
The crews really put your mind at ease and are so kind and respectful. So far I have complete confidence they will leave no stone unturned to ensure all of us are put back together and neatened back up after all the digging is done.

I wish I didn't have to rate... at all they did a sloppy job.... terrible communication... and left a mess!!!!!! Never again!!! do not waste your money or time!!! my driveway looks horrible!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!
