I been going to this florist for over a year but the last experience here made me never want to go again. I bought a rose bouquet for my wife and wanted to surprise her at the airport however the roses they selected for me were clearly old and withered. The frustrating part is they intentionally selected these roses in front of me when they had better roses in the fridge.
My wife noticed the roses lack of freshness and health right away and it was very embarrassing. They lost a very loyal customer. ( p.s. I got flowers for my wedding from here, will not be returning after this experience)

I.F.B. makes beautiful floral arrangements at a fair price . They have many other items for sale and an in-house special occasion department is available for family gatherings. Parking is right outside the storefront with floral hanging baskets that are for purchase . Friendly staff , always glad to assist you . Covid rules are followed to enter store . : -)

I ordered 5 centerpieces for a baby shower. Asked for whites and greens. Even showed pictures of what I was looking for. They charged $50 for each centerpiece and they looked horrible when I picked them up. I got a few white (most are buds and haven't bloomed) and the greens look almost yellow. What an absolute waste. I'm going to spend even more money on flowers at stop & shop to try to fix this. I don't want to put them out at the baby shower

I used In Full Bloom this past Valentine's Day and it was the best, freshest bouquet I've ever got for my wife - she loved them! Ordering from them online was easy and they were delivered with no issue at all (after 3 Valentine's in a row of issues with flower orders, this was a big deal for me!) Great place!

I called after 1 pm today to order flowers to be Delivered
Whoever answered the phone was incredibly nice and professional. Since it was after 12 I was expecting them to push the delivery off till tomorrow so I was pleasantly surprised when she graciously agreed to have it delivered today. A few hours later I received a txt from the surprised recipient. My friends wife was raving about how beautiful the flowers are
Five stars as this entire process was seamless, pleasant and the end result was a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered on time.

Will never use this florist again. I order a bouquet for my boss for Nurses Week...she said for $55 I could get a nice full bouquet....not the case. The bouquet was small. I went to the supermarket and could have gotten the same one for $25. I called the owner and let her know I was unhappy....I also told her it was for a nurse.. she didn't budge...just said well prices are higher because it's mother's day weekend....are you kidding me, I'm talking about a Frontline nurse. She didn't offer any service recovery....NOTHING.....they are price goudging to the extreme!!

I was searching for a floral bouquet for my daughter's birthday in early November that would include sunflowers. The first florist that I contacted in Farmingdale said that sunflowers were out of season and couldn't get them. I decided to try In Full Bloom. I'm so glad I did! They told me that they didn't have them that Friday but were going to buy flowers on Saturday and would see if they could get them. When I called on Saturday, they had actually looked for me and had them in stock! So I went into the store and they put together this amazing bouquet with the sunflowers and

I am beyond happy with In Full Bloom! Marie, was extremely patient, she and her staff are very hands on. Communication was excellent. You walk into the shop with a dream and they work extremely hard to make it come true (of course within your budget). Our guests gave us so many compliments! I contacted In Full Bloom Florist to plan my wedding floral arrangements. I spoke with Marie, who began the call telling me the date of my wedding is a holiday so right off the bat she was negative and said she didn't know if she even wanted to do it because of the holiday...(it was Columbus Day....holiday....??)

In Full Bloom is hands down amazing. The help I received from the entire staff was impeccable. Chris helped me the most and she was nothing but professional. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and completely surpassed our expectations. I had a few things that were very sentimental to me and asked her to intertwine them in my bouquet and without hesitation she said "absolutely" and once I saw my bouquet I was in tears. Walked in 3 hours before my daughter was getting married, asking for an emergency wedding bouquet because the florist they used brought a bouquet that had the wrong flowers in it and have dead greens. These ladies put together an amazing bouquet I 10 minutes. Wish my daughter yes I full bloom to begin with. Thank you again for saving the day, which was absolutely magical. I can't say enough good things about Marie and In Full Bloom. I saw one of her centerpieces at a bridal showcase and had a meeting with her later that day (which she stayed late for). I showed her a picture of an arrangement on Pinterest that I liked and she transformed it into something so gorgeous. She was easy to work with, quick to respond to my emails and very receptive to my ideas and small changes that were made along the way. The last two times that I have gone here to buy a bouquet the flowers for my wife the flowers were dying within the first two days. After spending $60 and $75 for flowers that do not last 5 days I am done with this local florist. Stop and Shop across the street or Costco for now on at half the price.

Would never use this place again. They were told to not make a bouquet with any lilies bc I have a car. Well they made a full bouquet of lilies and advisedly boyfriend they were not any form of the plant. He trusted this and brought them home. This put my animals lives at risk. When I questioned them they denied the plant being lilies. They have no clue what they're doing or selling. Not worth the trip. Go elsewhere.
As a follow up, I was out of town for a week and had to do my own research. Your "complimentary" bouquet was something I could pick out of my garden. He walked out displeased
