Had them cut down a dead 45' maple from my back yard this past spring. They used climbers with chainsaws and hand-carried the logs up to the street so they wouldn't have to drive equipment into my yard. Then they fed the whole thing into a Bandit chipper and it was hilariously loud.
The customer service and scheduling was reliable and prompt. They showed up on time. What more could you want?

For whatever reason, when trying to get people to come to my house and fix problems that arise, I always seem to have a very difficult time getting workers to actually show up do the work and take my money. Kiel tree experts was a refreshing change to this problem. We scheduled them to come drop some trees on my property, and the workers were prompt and professional. Terrible experience with Keil Tree Experts. I contracted Keil to have a large Ash tree removed. The removal went smoothly; but they left four very large tree trunks in the street and left them there for three days. Worse, they did not leave a note, no call, no cones. Nothing!! I called and left messages and no return calls. When I finally talked to someone at Keil, I got an apology. I have used Keil previously; but never more. I still can not believe that Keil would leave tree trunks in the street and leave.

We have had several opportunities to use Keil tree service. Steve came out to give me an opinion about a large pine tree that had been damaged by woodpeckers. Two other companies advised removing the tree. Steve said the damage is common and the defect would heal well, not to worry. I was impressed. Months later Keil trimmed the lower branches of large tulip poplars. Last fall they pruned two Birch trees. This month they cut down three pines over 100 feet tall that were a threat to our home - major operation. They are a family owned business and we have always found them very skilled

I had two large trees taken down on 1/15. Three men came and they worked hard all day. They cleaned up the mess at the end of the day and left the place in great shape. Keil Tree Experts was recommended to me from a friend. I met with Steven who was knowledgeable and professional. He assured me that they would be the best men for the job. I can't say enough about these guys. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and when they were finished, they had cleaned up so well that I couldn't even tell they had been there, except for the beautifully trimmed trees. If you need tree work, I highly recommend them.

I really liked Stephen, the gentleman who came out to check the trees and give me an estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and I felt confident he knew what he was doing, so I called to set an appointment for service. The receptionist set the appointment for 830am on a date not far off. That day came and no one showed up. After a while, I called in and they said they were coming at 11:30am. I had an afternoon client so told them we had to reschedule and we select another day with another 830a start time..
