Kellerman Real Estate was established in 1963 by Dale Kellerman. The business is located in the historical landmark building located at the southeast corner of the town square in Holton, Kansas. Cindy Hower, Dale's daughter, started with the company in 1985 and served as the broker until 2003. Cindy's husband Roger joined the real estate agency in 1998 and served as the broker until 2005.
In 2005 the company decided to change their business structure as a whole and Cindy moved back to serve as the broker with Roger as associate broker. In 2013 Roger Hower obtained his Auctioneer License adding Land and Ranch real estate auctions in Northeast Kansas to his services. Today we have four active agents in our office, Roger Hower, Craig Fox, Diana Rieschick, & Constance Fox.

Cindy (Kellerman) Hower and I feel truly blessed to have called Jackson County, Kansas our home for over 55 years. Living 6 miles (and 2 stop signs away) from the office in Holton, gives us the best of both worlds. Watching our community evolve over time has given us cause to reminisce about "the good ole days" but then we look around and see all the great new energy that is pouring into our Town Square and we smile.
Craig was born and raised in Jackson County on the family farm. He graduated from Holton High School as a Wildcat to later become a licensed REALTOR in 2006. Craig's niche is being very familiar with the area of Jackson County and surrounding counties along with his friendly personality. Meeting new people and building lasting friendships is what he enjoys most about his job.
Coming from a quaint northeastern town in bordering Brown County, Kansas, Constance has been born and raised in the area. Her upbringing was primarily shaped around the old-fashioned ways of helping your neighbor and lending a hand to whomever may need it. With those morals instilled in her, Constance desires to rebuild our communities and rural properties to what they once were, one connection at a time.
I have been a real estate agent with Kellerman Real Estate since 1992. Kellerman Real Estate is a locally owned business in Holton that has combined family and friendship to earn the honest reputation of being a highly successful company.

I never expected as a child that I'd end up with a career in real estate and insurance. That opportunity presented itself when I joined the agency in 1981 and began working together with my dad, Dale Kellerman. He has since passed on but the values both my parents instilled in me are still practiced here today.

FOREX INVESTMENT I never believed my life will change in such a manner, i saw a review on a page about MRS ARIELLA CRYPTO and before then i have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because i think i was so wise and never want to be cheated, but when i contacted her and she explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit… i can make within a week i was convinced to give a trial and why i risked to invest 500$ was because i don't need to send her the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give her the access to manage my trading account

We didnt actually work ith this realty company, but looked at a home that they had listed. Our realtor was out of Topeka. We made an offer on 604 Dakota, which had been on the market 245 or so days. Well once the offer was made the agent told our realtor it had had mold issues. This was NOT in the discloser. Very un professional and deceiving. We withdrew our offer. And will continue looking. This realty company needs to get on top of their game.

In my line of work I sometimes need to sell properties on behalf of a court estate, and I am massively impressed with this agency. They are professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I confess that the stuff I bring to them to sell is on the cheap side, but they expend every reasonable effort to find a buyer. Thanks, folks, for making my own job so much easier!

This place has poor customers service...I went here to try to get car insurance about a year ago. The lady there was unprofessional. She told me to come back tomorrow. To me she show me that my money wasn't… good enough. So I didn't come back period. Thank God for State farm insurance. They are not like you guys...My money is good enough.
