It is because of our highly individualized multimodal approach to pain management, that our patients receive the best care and success rates available. In this section, we have identified some of the more common spinal conditions that we treat.
Upper back arthritis is also known as thoracic spondylosis. This condition is caused by wear and tear on the joints in the thoracic spine. This condition is most commonly associated with advanced age, but is also associated with injury, fall or trauma in younger people as well. Symptoms may include pain in the neck, shoulderblades, upper arms, and the back of the head.
There are many conditions that cause pain in your hands and feet and the origin of the pain may surprise you. For this reason, if you suffer from pain, numbness, or tingling in your hands or feet it is important that you see a pain management specialist. Arthritis of the lumbar facet joints is known to cause severe low back pain.
A headache is defined as a symptom of pain occurring anywhere in the head or neck. While the definition seems pretty straight forward, headaches are more complex than they seem. There are 150 different types of headaches; the most common being migraine and cluster headaches. Migraine headaches are severe, throbbing headaches often occurring in one particular area of the head.

I had 6 abdominal surgeries that removed my 6 abdominal muscles, add to tat bulging discs, prior spinal fusion, and a deteriorating arthritis called bilateral ankling spondylitis , I have almost zero core. Without Dr Steuer, Dr Richey and Nurse Practioner Hilary Moss I would have no quality of life… I spend 99% of my life horizontal because of pain and the lack of abs to be upright in a chair for more than an hour or so at a time and can stand for 3 minutes max… without Dr S and his team of staff from the minute I enter his facilities I am so eternally grateful and have had the opportunity

The nurses were nice, but the general feel of the place was that they didn't care. They generally seemed to assume that everyone was an addict, by the way they treated everyone. When I got a summary in the mail, detailing what they had about me, many of it was wrong. Said I was a smoker, I'm not. Said my condition was something it isn't. Not impressed and was given little help.

I went in for the first time yesterday. I arrived around 10:40 and was handed a clipboard full of papers to fill out. I completed them and took them back to the receptionist. I waited for a long time. I didn't know the wait time. After sitting there until 2pm, I was finally called back. It was just after 3 before I left. The nurse did apologize because the front office had lost my paperwork. I would give them 5 stars, but that wait time was ridiculous.

Everytime I come here the black elderly lady is Always Rude. Always. She tells me if I can't pay towards my balance, service will be denied. I told her I could pay an extra$5 she then tells me we need at least$20. I told her I don't have anything extra. She literally disrespect me raising her voice etc. And I've sat here & watch how she encounter with other patients and she did not give me that warm greetings like others. I'm at the pain Dr. For a reason and arguing with this rude lady is not on my agenda.

First time visiting a Pain Treatment Center. My insurance had changed but the temporary card I had printed out didn't have the numbers they needed. So they said to get them as soon as possible. They didn't make me reschedule as I had the information in under 15 minutes. They allowed phone use in the waiting area. They have a tv on in part of the waiting room. They took a urine sample, ordered an xray and set an appointment to be seen in a month to get pain pills. They never allow them at your first visit. I was able to leave after 3 hours. Every one was considerate and friendly. I am just worried
