I love the pick up/drop service and gladly pay over $3 a shirt for laundering for that convenience, but their dry cleaning prices are absurd. I was just charged over $9 to dry clean a linen short sleeve men's shirt with no embellishments. Another $9 for a similar rayon shirt. That's as much as a sport coat! Time to find another place for dry cleaning.

This is my first time using Tide services. I had a wool blanket from Iceland dry cleaned. I was a bit nervous as I'm clueless how these things work and thought maybe there was a risk of damage. Turned out fine and clean obviously. It was relatively inexpensive and they had it done ahead of schedule. Easy drop off...easy pick up. Works for this simple person!

Tide is definitely my favorite cleaners. They always do a good job and I have never had any problems with missing or damaged clothes. The personal are always courteous and attentive. I have to drive longer now since they closed the location closer to me, but I don't mind. It's definitely worth the drive!

We have been using Tide Dry Cleaning for years. They always do an excellent job. They offer same day service if you get the clothing there early enough, if not, then it will be the following day. They also offer delivery and a seamstress is at the location as well.

During the Houston Texas winter storm of 2021, Tide cleaners offered families to bring a bag of clothing for free laundry services. The manager Yvette was amazing, helpful and didn’t treat me like I was inadequate because I could not pay for the services. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday to complement her and her staff for treating every single person the exact same way. They also had my laundry done quickly for as busy as they were and for being courteous, Kind and extremely helpful. Thank you Yvette and staff at the Spring location off of Champion Forest!
