To provide EQUITABLE ACCESS to ARTS EDUCATION so that every child can experience their individual TRANSCENDENCE. Artists are the creators of culture. Arts education gives our young people the tools to transcend their circumstances and create a more inclusive and empathetic culture.
We believe arts education is a RIGHT for all students and it's our mission to design educational engagement opportunities for ALL the diverse communities that make up Sonoma and beyond.In order to better serve, we have created the Transcendence Arts and Values Education Fund where 100% percent of your donation goes to our Education and Community Programming.

Transcendence Theatre Company began as a nonprofit with foundational ideas rooted in the desire for inclusion and diversity.
Becoming a Transcendence Donor was an easy decision. It means entertainment; offering amazingly talented broadway professionals a shot to share their craft with us. It means education; providing for exposing underprivileged youth to desperately needed inclusive performing arts programming. It means community and connection; bringing us all together for the best night ever to carry us through the week ahead and beyond!
I decided to join the "Transcendence Family" of patrons a number of years ago, because, in addition to presenting great musical performances, Transcendence has an uplifting message and gives back to the communities it serves.
