I needed drain service ASAP for a kitchen sink with a poorly installed garbage disposal. Horton in Plymouth was able to get me same day service on a Friday that no other place I called was willing to provide. Not only we’re they quick to schedule and dispatch but Jason was amazingly efficient in the unclog and repair (tall & thin Jason, I hear the other Jason is good too though). I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers but all on commercial jobs, Jason was respectful in my home, Highly proficient at his job, and really quick completing the service and re-plumbing the sink/disposal drain. The Technician James was a gentleman and a pleasure to have at our home. He called. Advised approximately how long he would get here. He was on time. Efficient. Completed the work. It worked immediately and has continued to work. He was understanding of our puppy growling/barking here and there while he continued to get the job done. I would highly recommend James. It was my first time using this service. The technician spent 1.5 hrs and said he was not replaced our shower cartridge cause he could not take the old one out. He said they need to cut off our tile. What a big plan! And made an appointment for next week. And I paid for this service.
After he left, my husband watched YouTube and found out how to replace the cartridge, it was actually very simple, no need to break out the tile at all. So I called Horton plumbing to cancel our second appointment and no need reschedule it.

Jason came out within the hour. He got my only toilet unclogged and useable so I'm am very grateful. I spent more than I would have liked, but I'm sure it would have been more somewhere else. Thank you Hortons for being willing to service a mobile home in an emergency. The other company I called said they would be out today and never showed. Jason was polite and awesome. Really bad experience - Horton Plumbing & Remodel.
Hired them to replace a water heater tank. They connected the new equipment to the house, and a few hours later I noticed a small leak on cold water inlet. They came to fix it the next day, but charged $60 for something it should be on their own. Reason for the charge? They said the fitting I had on the new tank was installed by me and should be fine, so they didn’t check. Wrong answer Horton Plumbing & Remodel, your service should be to check the whole installation for any leaks and be responsible for it. I’ve paid your $60, and will make
