After dreaming about adding on to our house for 15 years, Kelly made our dreams come true. We couldn't be more happier with the work that was done. We now have a true master suite and indoor laundry. In addition, he remodeled the connecting dining room. Kelly was always prompt and responsive. He is a true professional. I highly recommend Kelly Smoak Construction.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! We had our kitchen, bathroom and flooring completed by Kelly Smoak Construction. Mary, Kelly and their team have been incredibly professional, communicative, kind and a pleasure to work with. They were able to start quickly (within days of our initial estimate) as our only bathroom had a non working bath/shower. Mary has been so helpful in providing recommendations for materials which is appreciated. They have produced high quality work, are trustworthy and genuinely good people!!!

In addition to exceptional work, I really appreciated that Mary was able to assist in the selections of our full kitchen remodel. My wife and I bought a home in Shore Acres, that needed a little TLC which included completely remodeling two bathrooms. We found Kelly Smoak Construction on NextDoor, and after meeting with Kelly we got a really good vibe. After getting a few other estimates, we decided to go with Kelly Smoak Construction and will note that their estimate was among the lowest. This was our first time doing a remodel, and we really leaned on Mary’s advice for design aspects. I had a few ideas in mind, and Mary brought over several samples at different price points, and we ended up with exactly what we wanted
