My fiance and I rode with a couple of our friends from Louisville to Falls of Rough and back. We brought along our instruments and had full jam sessions in the car. Our driver Ed was very kind. He was punctual, and a great driver. We had a wonderful time riding with him, and a great experience with the company. A friend forgot an item in the car, and the owner offered to save us a trip and find a driver to bring it out to us the next day. Overall, wonderful service, and we would highly recommend. :)

I called to get information for prices and set up a scheduled Limo pick up, for my wife surprise birthday trip to local Winery and restaurants. From the moment I called to inquire about booking, Dave answered and provided me with so much information to help prepare me for a bachelorette trip I was planning. He provided me with information about the Bourbon Trails and which were the best options to start with. It was a no brainer to move forward with booking the party bus with him. I’m so glad I did! We rented a limo from Ambassador to surprise our daughter and celebrate her 10th birthday. My daughter and her friend had an amazing time. We all had an amazing time.
Our driver arrived on schedule, he was friendly and very professional. His driving was fantastic and he was great with the kids.

We called them at the last minute to pick up a bride and Groom that evening very late and they had no problem with doing that, they went out of there way to do whatever for this couple’s special night. The limo driver was very sweet and very patient with everything going on and was right on time. We really appreciate everything they did to make this couples wedding night end special. Terrific experience. Started with calling these guys after I’d called another service in town who’s rates were sky high. Ambassador was much more reasonable, and really worked with me on what I wanted to do. I dropped off drinks and snacks for the ride ahead of time that were all in place for the pickup, and the limo was AMAZING and in fantastic shape. The driver couldn’t have been nicer, the staff was extremely helpful, and they made my mom’s birthday even better than any of us could have expected. Do business with these guys.
