JGB was hired to do the water damage cleanup as well as the remodel for my 3-bedroom home in Costa Mesa. I am giving them 3 stars at this time, but that may go up or down, depending on how they do with my remodel as they have only done the water damage, mold and flooring removal to date. As far as the water damage and mold removal, they did a good job, however it took a long time for them to complete each task. The only issues were communication with Kenny, (he rarely got back to me and complained when I called) and that the team was usually late for set appointments. They would give me a 2-hour

After a flood under the kitchen sink our State Farm Agent gave us JGB's number to call for a clean up. We could not be happier, they have been great from the first "hello", in fact we are going to use them for the whole process, rebuild also. Today the tear out happened and the professionalism these guys exhibit is commendable. Gavin, Erik, Juan and the person on the phone scheduling! Thank you, looking forward to be made "whole" again!

I have used JGB twice and they have always been polite, professional, careful, on time and on top of everything. We had two separate leaks that destroyed areas of the house and at such stressful times it was good to know I could trust them to handle things. They always checked in to keep me informed, are easy to get hold of and act immediately. Every person I have met has been very respectful and professional. I’m very happy with their work. They literally saved our house!

Outstanding experience!!! Honest, responsive, and understanding. In an emergency situation where most restoration companies can take advantage of you, we immediately felt that JGB was on our side. It started with Garrett coming over on a Sunday morning within an hour of calling. He was upfront about the cost. The PM, Sean, arrived shortly after and set up the fans and dehumidifier's. Their quick response saved and protected so much from being further damaged. Literally saved us thousands. Sean was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and fair when it came to pricing. JGB saved us on a Sunday! We had just finished our remodel and the light rain that we weren't expecting flooded our new flooring. Garrett came out on a Sunday within hours to save the day and start drying our flood. He was incredible. As a realtor I will be referring Sean and Garrett to all my clients. Amazing service! The entire team was on board with helping me with my leaking water heater. At first I thought I needed to replace the entire heater, but Sean contacted me the same day and came out right away with the drying/heating machines and located the problem.
Turns out it was just a couple of old pipes that needed replacing, so they recommended a great plumbing company to help take care of the issue.
After a few more days of drying, Mike came out to handle the removal of the damaged drywall to see how bad the damage was. Because of Sean's quick response, the damage was mostly cosmetic

Really great customer service! We had noticed water coming from our bath tub and onto the floor when we used it. Not knowing what to do or where to start, we found JGB Restoration on yelp. The office staff were very supportive and informative when we called. They instantly helped us by giving us options for plumber they recommended. Chris was professional and diligent when assisting us with our leak. We were able to get if fixed before it got worse. So happy with how easy they made the process, if i ever have any issues in the future they will be the ones i call!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We've used them 3 times within 1 year for various things. First off, we had an insane water leak (water was POURING out of our fridge, literally inches on the floor), very late at night (around 11pm). We called JGB and they first calmly talked us through what do to in that moment, which was so nice because when you're panicking you sort of go blank. Once they helped us get the water shut off over the phone, they sent someone over (at midnight!) to come help us clean up the water and get the process started for drying it up. Because of the amount

1. JGB works with insurance firms, they coordinate with agents who recommend them and "benefits" are being provided after a referral has used them and completes the job. No reputable firm needs to provide "benefits" to any agents, they sell themselves.
2. If you would like to know the cost of your restoration as a homeowner, they will refuse to share any of it but go through your insurance

The owner, Chris has experience in the insurance industry which was incredibly helpful when I had a flood impacting my whole first floor. He knew exactly how to navigate through that complicated claims process which really set my mind at ease. Super nice, honest guy and a pleasure to do business with.

JGB is the best company I hope you never need. Chris Langman has the ability and knowledge to manage your entire disaster. He and his whole team (and subcontractors he will bring in as needed) are genuinely kind, honest, skilled people whom can be trusted with your home.
