I have used Armen's Door several times including yesterday when the mounting that held the garage door motor to the ceiling failed. I called Armen's Door and they answered on the first ring. Walter showed up in about an hour and it was fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. Appreciate the quick response. Great work at a fair price. Will definitely use again.

Don't call Armen's. They are dishonest and rude. They tried to up-sell me on a garage door replacement when I called for a repair. I demurred by not replying back to their email because I didn't like their offerings - they then called and lectured me about how rude it was that I didn't respond to their emails. What? I, the customer, DO NOT owe you a response to reject your up-sell. This was the rude/dishonest conduct that prompted me to write this review. However, their entire course of conduct was shady AF.

Prompt, honest, fair price, clean, excellent customer service. I have a very old door and we had the new battery backup opener installed today. Unable to lift two car garage door manual if power goes out. I'm very happy with their workmanship. Silva works the phone very nice and prompt and Armen on time, polite, and willing to listen to what you have to say. He also saw a cable that was frail and will replace later. I would use them again and tell your friends and family members.

Armen has helped me multiple times. He has serviced my garage door in Hillsborough for years. Alway prompt, knows exactly what to do, and does it at a fair price. Recently I hired him to service and replace 3 doors at another house. Rather than charging me thousands and thousands of dollars to replace, he was able to service the doors and make them like new at 1/4th the price. He is always a phone call away and knows exactly what to do and how to do it. I very highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Armen's Door Co. My garage door opener stopped working, they replaced it with a new one the next day. Service was very friendly and professional, he showed up on time, installed the new garage door opener, programmed the new key pad and programmed the thing in my car. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other garage door issues (which I hope to not have any time soon).

My garage door opener conked out (stripped gears, apparently). It was a 30 year old Stanley, a company that no longer makes garage door parts. I called around and got a few estimates, and finally went with a recommendation from a family member. They made a recommendation that I could either buy an opener myself and have them install it, or buy the motor from them. I decided I wanted to save some money and bought an opener from Lowes.
