I had a great experience with Benefit Resources and found their staff to not only be knowledgeable but, more than happy to help with my (many) questions. I worked primarily with Mikayla Baldridge in the distribution department and she explained that they are a third party company and as such they do not have control over when the checks are actually released. I called many times to see when my funds would be distributed (my plan took about a month to release my check) and she was always friendly and ready to get in touch with my 401(k) company to give me full details on where we were at in the

They are a horrible company that lies and then refuses to talk to you. They won't let you speak with a manager, they make up dates for when they are sending out checks. It was always next week, then next week, maybe next month, then oh we promise by the end of June, then oh we won't talk to you anymore. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

These people have done nothing but give inaccurate information and screw over employees from Sunset Pet Hospital by their so called 'audit'. They really need to get on the ball and make things happen instead of making excuses. I absoloutely would not recomend their services to anyone, they are a dissapointment to say the least!
