Outstanding experience. All the people I interacted with were very professional and straightforward. I felt they were totally upfront and straight with me. No pressure whatsoever. They called me nonstop while trying to sell the car. I bought it. Now that I noticed an issue immediately after purchase it's impossible to get them on the phone to discuss my warranty they claimed I had, which apparently now that I own the car the warranty no longer applies. I've had to come out of pocket over $500 in the first month of owning the car. I asked them to pump the tire between the first visit viewing the car and the second visit to buy the car. Absolutely do not buy a vehicle of any kind from this place!! Sells junk!! Split warranty that you will end up paying 100% for!! Buyer beware! Do your homework before you visit. Don't waste your time. Typical sleazy used car dealer crap. BMW's are hacked together just to get you down the road. Commercial vans that have been worked to death that they're trying to blow life into. BUYER BEWARE!! Don't believe the shine! Smoke and mirrors. Zero stars!!
