Dimar Manufacturing Corp. was founded in 1993 as a custom sheet metal fabricator. Since our inception, we have focused on meeting or exceeding customer requirements for quality and delivery. To do so, we found that it was critically important to control as many secondary operations in house as possible.
From simple sub-assemblies to large and complex finished products, Dimar Manufacturing can provide a wide variety of value-added assembly operations. Our in-house experts help design and manufacture products to save customers time and eliminate any costly pre-assembly work. Our full assembly operations go above and beyond.
Dimar Manufacturing's custom laser cutting services use fully automated machines to maximize productivity, minimize manufacturing costs, and speed up delivery for a number of markets. Our team works directly with customer-submitted drawings in a variety of file formats for fast and easy setup. Dimar Manufacturing operates both CO2 and fiber optic laser cutting systems, allowing us to choose the best technology for each cutting application.
We will powder coat both your own products, as well as products that we manufacture for you at a cost-effective rate. Dimar Manufacturing can supply a wide range of colors and finish characteristics such as smooth, textured, glossy, and matte. Dimar Manufacturing's automated powder coat line is capable of handling individual parts that fit within a profile of about 2' X 5' X 10.
